Redeveloping a family home is one of the most exciting projects any family will undertake. It also represents a big investment and the need to try and balance everyone’s needs within the family, which is not the easiest of tasks to achieve. Without an experienced Project Management team in place it can also be a very stressful process to go through.

At Snowdon James we do not think of home redevelopment as a single project, but as several interlocking ones. Environments are inseparable from structures, ecology is inseparable from building requirements, and improving human relationships within the home is the ultimate goal of any project. Aesthetic movements and trends come and go, but we have found the above principles to be timeless.

As a team we strive for honesty and clarity in discussions. Our very first task is to understand your vision, needs and how you, as a family, use your home. In this way we can support you in delivering on your vision and not our own. As an organisation we value timeliness, direct communication and open conversations with both you and our suppliers. Where we can, we strive to support local businesses and tradesmen as we see this as investing in the infrastructure that will be there to support you, and your home, long after the development project has been completed.
